A: When you buy from our store you are given buyer identity insurance up to $100,000 for 90 days. You will be sent a E-mail after your purchase to activate your coverage. Coverage is for US residents only.
Q:How long do i have to ask for a refund or a replacement ?
A: Buyers have a 15 day window for refunds or replacements. to receive a refund item must be undamaged once we receive the returned item your refund will be placed on your account in 2 to 3 days or you will be sent a replacement item if that is what you request.
