Q: When do orders ship?

A: Orders made before 5:00 Pm EST ship the same day, orders made after 5:00 pm EST may ship the same day but will likely ship the next morning.

Q: What is your refund/replacement policy?

A: Buyers have a 30 day window for refunds or replacements. to receive a refund item must be undamaged once we receive the returned item your refund will be placed on your account in 2 to 3 days or you will be sent a replacement item if that is what you request. Contact us by going to our contact page or open a support ticket to request a refund or replacement. When you request a return/replacement we will e-mail you a prepaid shipping label and will process a refund or replacement once the item is delivered back to us.
